Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed at our warehouse.
